One-time purchases
Plans and Credits are one-time purchases, not recurring subscriptions. A completed purchase adds the plan period or Credits described at checkout to the relevant AoxToken account.
No automatic renewal or cancellation charge
Each plan lasts 30 days and does not renew automatically. There is no future renewal to cancel and no cancellation charge. To continue after the plan ends, make a new purchase.
General refund rule
Completed digital-service purchases are generally non-refundable, including unused time or unused Credits, except where a refund is required by law or approved under the manual review process below.
Exceptions and manual review
Duplicate charges, failure to deliver the purchased service, refunds required by law, and other exceptional circumstances can be submitted for manual review. Review is case by case and approval is not guaranteed.
How to request review
Email [email protected] with the email used for your AoxToken account, transaction ID, purchase date, amount, and reason for the request. Never send your password, API Key, or full payment credentials.
Approved refunds
When a refund is approved, we return it through the original payment method where practicable. Processing and posting time depends on the payment provider, financial institution, and payment method.
Mandatory rights
This policy does not limit refund, cancellation, or other consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
