Eligibility and acceptance
You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you use AoxToken for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Accounts and API Keys
Provide accurate account information and protect passwords, sessions, and API Keys. You are responsible for activity performed through your credentials and must notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
Do not use AoxToken unlawfully; infringe rights; distribute malware; bypass limits or security controls; interfere with the service; probe for vulnerabilities without permission; resell access deceptively; or use the service in a way that creates unreasonable risk for AoxToken, its providers, or others.
Independent service
AoxToken is an independent model API service. It is not an official subscription from OpenAI, ChatGPT, or another model provider. References to compatibility describe technical request formats, not affiliation or endorsement.
AI requests and output
AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. Review output before relying on it, especially for decisions involving health, law, finance, safety, or other high-impact matters. You are responsible for your prompts, use of output, and compliance with applicable rules.
Models, features, and prices
Models, features, limits, upstream availability, and prices may change. We do not guarantee that a particular model or feature will remain available, and we will not reprice completed requests solely because a later price changes.
Plans, Credits, and payment
Plans and Credits are one-time purchases, not recurring subscriptions. Each plan lasts 30 days and ends without automatic renewal. Separately purchased Credits follow the balance terms shown at purchase. When purchasing becomes available, the applicable price and currency will be shown before checkout. Refund requests follow the Refund Policy.
Content and intellectual property
You retain rights you have in content you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to process that content and operate the service. AoxToken software, branding, site content, and service design remain owned by Luoan Tech Limited or its licensors.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address non-payment, misuse, security risk, legal requirements, provider restrictions, or material breach of these terms. You may stop using AoxToken at any time.
Service availability and warranties
The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Interruptions, upstream changes, errors, or delays can occur. We do not promise uninterrupted access, permanent model availability, or accurate AI output.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Luoan Tech Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the service. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without limiting any mandatory rights that apply to you. Disputes are subject to the courts of Hong Kong unless applicable law requires otherwise.
